Kanom Krok is a morning market classic - warm, creamy, and just sweet enough. But you’ve got to be quick! If you wake up too late, they’re usually long gone.

Achara and Chetta, our co-founders, spent their childhood mornings helping their grandparents make and sell these at the local market. That memory is baked into every batch we make.

Kanom Krok is cooked in a hot cast iron pan with little round dents, giving each bite its soft center and golden, crispy edge. Made from a simple mix of rice flour and coconut milk, they’re rich, silky, and totally irresistible fresh off the pan.

We’ve found a way to freeze that magic so you don’t have to race the sunrise. Simply reheat in the air fryer and enjoy them anytime, crispy outside, creamy inside, just like the market.

Air Fryer (Recommended)

Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 5 minutes. After removing all packaging, place the frozen product inside and heat for 7 to 8.5 minutes. Once done, take it out, let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then gently separate into individual pancakes.

Microwave Oven

Microwave heat times may vary depending on your oven’s wattage. Remove all packaging and place the product on a microwave-safe dish, then heat for 50 to 60 seconds or until heated through. Let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes before separating into individual pancakes.
