Thai Banana Fritters
Thai Banana Fritters are a weekend staple in our house, Our Grandmaâs all-time favorite. Crunchy, sweet, and golden all over, theyâre the kind of indulgent treat youâd gladly skip lunch for
Youâll spot them all over Thailand even in the middle of Bangkok traffic, handed to you fresh and hot in a recycled paper bag with someoneâs tax form or homework still printed on it. As a kid, Iâd snack and read the bag like a newspaper. Itâs that kind of snack: simple, nostalgic, and so good.
Bananas, Coconut milk (Coconut extract, Water), Rice flour, Shredded coconut, Sugar, Rice bran oil, Water, Sesame seeds, Corn starch, Baking powder (Sodium bicarbonate, Disodium pyrophosphate, Monocalcium phosphate, Tapioca starch), Salt
