Thai Banana Fritters
Thai Banana Fritters are a weekend staple in our house, Our Grandma’s all-time favorite. Crunchy, sweet, and golden all over, they’re the kind of indulgent treat you’d gladly skip lunch for
You’ll spot them all over Thailand even in the middle of Bangkok traffic, handed to you fresh and hot in a recycled paper bag with someone’s tax form or homework still printed on it. As a kid, I’d snack and read the bag like a newspaper. It’s that kind of snack: simple, nostalgic, and so good.
Bananas, Coconut milk (Coconut extract, Water), Rice flour, Shredded coconut, Sugar, Rice bran oil, Water, Sesame seeds, Corn starch, Baking powder (Sodium bicarbonate, Disodium pyrophosphate, Monocalcium phosphate, Tapioca starch), Salt
