Pad Thai
Did you know Pad Thai was invented back in the 1930s to help shape a sense of national identity? It worked - because today, it’s hands-down one of the most beloved dishes in Thailand. Sweet, tangy, a little savory, and totally comforting, it’s the kind of dish we always recommend to anyone visiting Thailand for the first time.
Thick rice noodles are stir-fried in a rich, tangy tamarind sauce with a touch of sweetness, then tossed with crunchy peanuts, fresh bean sprouts, and chili flakes. Add shrimp, chicken, or tofu and don’t forget a soft egg and a squeeze of lime for the full experience.
Our version stays true to that iconic street-side flavor, just frozen at its peak so you can enjoy it whenever the craving hits, no passport or wok required.
